The Pre-Development reports are created to mitigate risks associated with permitting and engineering design issues. MPCE, LLC provides an in-depth review of the feasibility with respect to local design regulations, permit requirements and standard engineering principles.

The Pre-Development report is a summary of existing conditions, existing access to utilities, relevant jurisdictions, development of the surrounding area, followed by an analysis of design concept from an engineering perspective with recommendations based on the feasibility.

The Pre-Development report provides a summary of the probable approval process and permit requirements will be for each conceptual design option.

A probable design and construction cost estimate along with a probable design and approval schedule will be provided for each conceptual design option.
